Where has your film screened so far?

Every festival, cinema or public screening - including ones where it did not win anything. One per line: festival or venue, city, and month. This is what we use to work out the premiere line we print beside your film, and we will not print one we cannot support. If it has not screened anywhere yet, tick the box instead - that is a real answer, and it is the one that earns a World Premiere.

Closed captions are not the same as subtitles. CCAP plays to a personal caption device, not the main screen, so if that is all your DCP carries, please tell us and we will talk it through before the night.

Verification report, if you have one (optional)

This is a report, not a code, and it is optional. DCP-o-matic and Clairmeta both print one, and most DCP services will send you their QC or validation report if you ask. If yours came as a PDF, do not worry about this box - email it to us instead, or leave this blank entirely. We test every DCP on arrival either way.

Please confirm My DCP is unencrypted. It needs no KDM to play. I hold the rights to have this film screened publicly, including music and any third-party material in it. I agree to AFIN screening it at Dendy Portside on our published screening dates.
