Festival note
Scary lullabyBest Lead Performance
Anna Nikiforova was phenomenal in this film and brought joy and sorrow into her character. Very watchable, and such a versatile actress.

From the Judges, on Scary lullaby
Golden-hour light and a bold use of wide-angle lenses give this short a look that carries its humour as much as its feeling, with colour grading that builds a world all its own. The comedy lands with real timing, the music choices carry the tone, and the chemistry between the two leads keeps the story funny and genuinely moving. An imaginative, fresh concept, executed with a confidence the panel found a pleasure to watch.
