Biography

Independent Canadian Director Esther Shpigelman has worked in the music and art industry in Canada as a filmmaker, photographer, and editor for the last 6 years. Esther’s work is always looking into dark spaces to find the light, empty places to find the emotion and transforming thoughts and ideas into time capsules of art. Born and raised in Montreal, Esther explored many art forms for the better part of ten years and fell in love with story telling and the limitless space filmmaking exists in. She uses her visual expression as a bridge that connects her to artists, writers, musicians and stories.
