For Evan
Is this you, Evan?
AFIN keeps this page for you. If your work has been recognised here there may be a membership waiting that we have had no way to deliver, because the address we hold belongs to whoever entered the film rather than to you.
This does not sign you in and does not change this page. It asks AFIN to check, and we write to you.

From the Judges, on THE CRANES CALL
The sound and costume work give texture to a documentary whose artistry sits alongside genuinely serious, urgent subject matter. The panel found it powerful and deeply relevant to our own moment, the kind of film whose craft honours the difficulty of the story it carries. A work that earns a wide audience.
