The cinematography moves through a wide range of compositions and angles, and the sound design carries a world that blends psychological drama with dystopian science fiction. The panel found the writing bold and intellectually engaging, opening up questions about human nature and our relationship with the natural world without ever preaching. It is a film whose ideas and craft leave you wanting to know more about the world it builds.
