Help us reach your cast and crew

   Step 1: Open the link for your film

   Each film in your letter has its own HELP US REACH THEM button. The page names the people credited on that film who hold a membership we have given them and cannot deliver, one card per person.

   Step 2: Add an address and send it

   On a person's card, type their email address and press "Send it to AFIN". You see "Thank you. We will check it and write to them ourselves." One address per person is enough.

3. 3

   Step 3: A person checks every address

   Nobody is written to until a person at AFIN has checked the address. You do not need an account for any of this.

4. 4

   Step 4: If the link has lapsed

   The page says the link is not one it recognises, or that it has expired. Reply to the letter and we will sort it out. Nothing is lost.

   

Opening the link again shows every card again, including people you have already sent. You do not need to send them twice.
