A warm bush comedy set in a small rural Australian town, this short plays as an affectionate celebration of local character and humour. Its production design and costuming drew real admiration, lending the world an authentic, lived-in feel, and the panel enjoyed the confident camera work that moves freely through the dialogue and hands off playfully between characters. They found the writing original and the ensemble full of individuality, an easy and thoroughly fun ride to watch.
