For Tommy
Is this you, Tommy?
AFIN keeps this page for you. If your work has been recognised here there may be a membership waiting that we have had no way to deliver, because the address we hold belongs to whoever entered the film rather than to you.
This does not sign you in and does not change this page. It asks AFIN to check, and we write to you.

From the Judges, on A Boy a Man and a Kite
Handled with a gentle integrity, the filmmaking here is polished and carefully composed, tracing a difficult subject through a patient structure that lets understanding build rather than reaching for the sensational. They found it a genuine contribution, drawing on a true story to bring something too often kept under the carpet into open view. Dark and sad, it still carries a message of hope, and the panel found it powerful, thoughtfully made, and well worth recommending.
