Biography
Trinity Leigh is a 24-year-old writer/director based on the Gold Coast, QLD. She works as a production assistant on local film productions and as a freelance director and production manager for Cubit Creative Co. Trinity grew up in the Blue Mountains in NSW. She loved studying music, writing, and acting, and didn’t want to have to pick one, so she chose film directing, believing (very earnestly) that it would allow her to do it all. She studied film at the Victorian College of the Arts in 2021 and graduates from Griffith Film School in 2025. Trinity was the coordinating writer and producer for the web series Bush Bash (2025), which received three nominations and won Best Sound Design at the Sydney Web Fest and was selected for Melbourne Web Fest. She often gravitates towards telling parabolic stories that are as silly as they are sincere.

A comedy that lands its laughs and then quietly earns its heart, this short builds an escalating absurdity with real confidence while keeping its central character's journey in view. The primary-colour world it creates is its own, with costume design that tells you who each character is on sight and production design that gives the whole piece a distinctive identity. Sharp editing, a witty script, and warm work from the whole cast round it out.
