Synopsis
This song and accompanying video are about remembering loved ones who are no longer with us. The inspiration behind 23 came from the artist's mother, who passed over a decade ago. The song acknowledges the memories and spirit that lives on after a loved one dies.

Dean has spent decades touring the nation with some of Canada's best musicians. However, his artistic talents spread beyond the realm of a professional musician. With a background as a multimedia designer, national newspaper editor, columnist, visual journalist, and cinematographer, Dean has tremendous production knowledge behind his creative expression.
