Synopsis
Thun, a young boy who is hired to become a monk in order to earn money to treat his grandmother. He is accompanied by his Uncle "Tinn" who is always by his side. But one day, his grandmother's condition gets worse. Therefore, Thun has to find a way to save the one he loves, by making a life changing dicition.

A tender exploration of culture, loss and family, this short carries its themes through a strong sense of place. Beautiful scenery and carefully framed shots drew admiration from the panel, along with the smooth dolly work that carries the camera through each scene. It struck them as a very well produced piece of filmmaking.

Watanyu Wongchetta Director
My nickname is Ahm. Born and grew up in Thailand. I’m 24 years old and am fluent in both Thai and English. I enjoy working in teams and have excellent communication skills. I am an aspiring Writer/Director looking for experience to develop my skills in all aspects of film making.
