A horror premise built around a child's imaginary friend, drawing its unease from an unusual central idea and a young lead who carries the emotional weight of the story. Close framing and expressive lighting hold the intensity, and the hinterland locations give the darker material a beautiful setting to sit against. Costume and production design work quietly alongside that vibrance, down to details as small as a matching flash of yellow.
