Synopsis
Anna researching her grandfather’s involvement in the war, interviews a Holocaust survivor (Irene). Through her stories, Anna learns that Irene had once known her grandfather and failed to help them, leading to Irene losing everything…or so she thought.
Director's Statement
I am a filmmaker based in Perth, Western Australia embarking on an ambitious film project surrounding the untold true stories of the Holocaust. As a student, I have always been fascinated by the incredible stories that emerged during the world wars. There is an abundance of untold stories that must be voiced to all generations. Woven with tragic events, dynamic characters and flawless narration - this story offers a unique experience to a wide mature audience.
