Synopsis
A daughter worries about her mother's abusive boyfriend and decides to do something about it.
Director's Statement
"Wendy & Vee" is a dark comedy short film. It's a female driven story about revenge, vigilantism, women empowerment and much more. The film explores explore the controversy and greyness that can lie between the goodness of doing a bad thing and the badness of doing a good thing, with humour and twists. I hope you'll love watching it as much as we did making it!

Jean-Baptiste Canac Director
Jean-Baptiste Canac is an Engineer that always loved telling stories. In 2021, after doing a directing short course, he wrote and directed his first short film "Wendy & Vee". The dark comedy screenplay got multiple awards and the film is now starting its film festival route. More exciting projects in the pipeline for this year and next!
